What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
The remaining days are prorated instantly, your limits expand right away, and your credit pool moves to the new tier's allocation at the next cycle.
What's the difference between a personal agent and a business agent?
A personal agent is private: it works for you and only you, answering your questions, doing your research and writing for you — nobody else can see it or talk to it. A business agent is public-facing: it chats with your customers, can be published to the Double-Oh marketplace, and sells through your listings. Free and Plus include personal agents; business agents come with the Business plans.
Can I add more agents?
Yes — add business agents to Starter or Growth for $20/month each (3 or more: $18/month each). They share your plan's credit pool, and the change is prorated.
