Double-Oh uses artificial intelligence, including large language models ("LLMs") from leading third-party providers, to generate responses, summaries, and recaps ("AI Outputs"). AI Outputs are produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and do not reflect independent human verification unless expressly stated.

Underlying Models

Double-Oh routes each task to a curated selection of third-party AI models, chosen for quality, speed and cost. Providers may update or retire models over time, and Double-Oh may change which model handles a task without notice. Every agent action is recorded in an auditable ledger, but Double-Oh does not independently verify or warrant the outputs of third-party models.

AI Outputs — including any content touching on professional services — are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Recaps and summaries are generated automatically and may omit, condense, or misinterpret source material. They are not a verbatim or authoritative record.

Data Handling

Inputs are processed by the third-party model providers named in our AI transparency notice (Google Gemini and OpenAI GPT models), under those providers' API data terms. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or regulated data (e.g., PHI, financial account numbers, privileged legal material) through Double-Oh.

No Warranty / Availability

AI Outputs and the underlying models are provided "as is," without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party model access may occasionally be interrupted, rate-limited, or changed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Double-Oh disclaims liability for loss or harm arising from reliance on AI Outputs.
